Sudlife — scheduling auto debit even after I cancelled auto debit feature

I had written a mail to sudlife customer care for cancelling ecs auto debit on december 09 2019. I got confirmation on december 14 2019 for cancellation of auto debit.

Without my knowledge they have reinvoked ecs on 21 march 2020.

This was done without my knowledge and is unethical and illegal.

I was not given any intimation and just received a message that premium amount will be deducted on 21 march 2020.

I wrote to sudlife on 20 march 2020 asking who gave permission to auto debit from my account.

I got no reply and they deducted amount on 21 march 2020

I wish to surrender the policy for this unethical behaviour from sudlife.
