I recently purchased this product from your brand, but unfortunately, I have encountered a problem with the roll-on mechanism, which is not functioning properly.

Despite my attempts to use the foundation stick, the roll-on ball fails to dispense the product as intended. I have made sure that the cap is securely closed, and I have tried cleaning the roll-on ball to remove any possible obstructions. However, these steps have not resolved the issue.

I am a regular user of your cosmetics and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. Therefore, I am disappointed to encounter this problem with the ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK.
