Sugar Cosmetics — Did not get confirmation mail and order number

Hi,
I placed an order of Rs. 799 at 3:29 pm from sugar app. But i did not get the order number yet. And the items are still not showing up on my order list. Though the amount has been deducted from my account. Attached is my screenshot of the transaction.
Please provide me with my order number ASAP or refund me the amount.
Also provide a customer care number that actually works!!!
