I use sugar "smudge me not" lipstick and shade no. 11 (Greige Rage).
This time, it was a shock that the same lipstick with the same code is entirely different in color.
I have not expected this from Sugar Products. A big disappointment.
This brings a big question on the quality and labelling of the product.

      I placed 948 /- rupees worth products mini smudge me not lipsticks and Kajal 145 worth at 12.38 am 3rd dec. transaction is successful I paid through Paytm wallet money got deducted but order is not placed atleast I didn’t received any confirmation but money paid to e commerce…website is not roaded too product ms were in carts.           Sugar cosmetics is a company where they do not value a customer’s time or money. I’m currently staying in Canada and had ordered products worth Rs.1000 where I provided my father’s mobile number. I also mailed the sugar cosmetics my address and mobile number which they should send the order to. Yet, they sent it to the wrong address nor they contacted my father before delivery. It’s such a shame to trust most of the companies which put their needs above a customer’s satisfaction. I never received a response nor a refund on the same.

            Recently I have bought this product from east delhi market shahdara delhi 32 but it creates too much itching to my eyes as eyes would not be able to function properly and it starts watering too..

              About my purchase of sugar setting spray

              I bought a sugar setting spray.After 2-3 use it's like wax on skin.Very very bad experience I have with sugar products. Now I'll not buy anything from sugar and also not recommend to any of my known persons....

                    Did not get confirmation mail and order number

                    Hi,
                    I placed an order of Rs. 799 at 3:29 pm from sugar app. But i did not get the order number yet. And the items are still not showing up on my order list. Though the amount has been deducted from my account. Attached is my screenshot of the transaction.
                    Please provide me with my order number ASAP or refund me the amount.
                    Also provide a customer care number that actually works!!!...

                      I bought before 4-5 days lipistick company named sugar from jwala heri market, jain store, paschim vihar, new delhi - 110063. It is very poor in quality. when i bought this lipistick, shopkeeper said that this is dry met in quality. after wearing mask it is not spread in the chin or upper lip area.

                      but after use it is spreading in nose, chin and upper lips area. kindly help

                        I bought this item on 27.11.21 online from Nyakaa and my order number is
                        # NYK[protected].12

                        I am surprised that in less than 2 months the product finished (27.11.21 to 22.01.22) and I didn't use it very frequently as well. I went to the Nyakaa Delhi Airport terminal T3 showroom and try to complain about this product but no use, they advised me to write directly to company or forgot about it.

                        Initially I was very happy with this product and recommended my sisters also to buy this but it is my surprised that it finished so early and feel like cheated by Sugar cosmetics.

                        The other comany same product I used for more than a year and this product finished in 2 months when I was not using it even continuously as I was not going out daily due to work from home. I used may be only 20-25 times on my eye brows. So full waste of money.

                          Hello, I have ordered 2 lipsticks from Sugar, Number 37 and Number 38, both were colours were different in reality as compared to what was depicted on the website. I don't understand this. The customer service tells me that it is because of the lighting in my laptop which I do not think is the case. Requesting the company to please review the photos on the website.

                            I purchased the product from monimohan store at Ranaghat Nadia, West Bengal for my daughter on 10/12/2021. I hýanded over the product to my daughter on 12/12/2021. When she was trying to use the product surprisingly she found that the liquid is almost dry and she could not apply the product. We don't expect such type of defective product. Requesting for suitable solution as the product is too much costly to us... Hope we will get a suitable solution...

                              Incomplete delivery. Items are missing in package.

                              I have ordered (Order no. #[protected] mini smudge me not liquid lipstick set and sugar matte attack transferproof Lipstick-10 depeach mode+ sugar selfie essencial - pink pouch. But I have got only 1 Lipstick. Rest products are missing. What am I supposed to do? Why do you not send me whole order? It is very much disappointed for your irresponsible behaviour.
                              I want my product immediately. If you will not send this, refund my money...

                                I had ordered online products from them and some of the products i received defective. When I raised return request they said they don't have reverse pickup facility at my pincode where they delivered the products.
                                They are saying if I want refund then i will have to ship the products and if I want replacement they can arrange replacement. It is not possible for me to ship the products because at my pincode courier service is not available. I will have to travel 30-40 kms to ship the products.
                                They have mentioned on their website that they have hassle free 15 days return policy. why are they even delivering the product at the location where they cant arrange reverse pickup.
                                Pathetic service

                                  They are scammers and liers! i had bought one stick foundation from the online app which by far, is the worst app ever with lots of glitches. Anyways, i had ordered on 2w1st june 2021 and the product arrived on 21 july(one month later). i asked to return it and asked for refund for which they agreed after the numerous procedures but its mid-September 2021but haven't still got the refund. Big frauds!
