On 22nd October 21, i had ordered 2 'firefly lights in a jar' which was supposed to be a jar with lights in it. On receiving the product i was astonished that they were 2 tiny cup like structures with fainted lights within. The problem lies in the fact that it is clearly a different product to the portrayed images on their website/instagram and secondly, they do not acknowledge this fraudulent act and were only offering me a store credit which i did not wish to have earlier on as i feel cheated by this company.
