It’s surprising that none of the people of sugarbox have tried to connect or have the item replaced

Such pathetic service is just not acceptable
I have ordered stuff from small business who don’t even have a website but got an A class service max you guys are just not supportive and also the quality of your stuff is poor

On 22nd October 21, i had ordered 2 'firefly lights in a jar' which was supposed to be a jar with lights in it. On receiving the product i was astonished that they were 2 tiny cup like structures with fainted lights within. The problem lies in the fact that it is clearly a different product to the portrayed images on their website/instagram and secondly, they do not acknowledge this fraudulent act and were only offering me a store credit...

I placed my order with Sugarbox on 18th September 2020. It’s 12th October 2020, but I have not received my order and the payment has already been made. They are not replying to my emails, or my messages on Instagram. They are not sending my product and not even issuing my refund. Apparently as per them it was delivered to a wrong place on 24th September. Ever since then I have no information and they do not bother to respond....

I ordered a box and then due to some fitting problems i returned it as decided with the sugarbox team. Now they are rejecting the calls and also not refunding my money or crediting it in my sugarbox account so that i could shop something else! As per the last phone conversation with the sugarbox team they said my money would be credited back as soon as they will get their box back! Please help me they are rejecting all our calls now...

I have ordered summer romance edition sugarbox on[protected]. and transaction of 1899 rs was done from my account. but due to some error the order hasnot been placed yet. i complained about this but they are not responding. I messeged them on instagram but they are not replying.They didnt even provide their contact number on their site plus they have removed my failed transaction. I want my refund of 1899 rs....
