In chennai suguna motor service technician confirmed valve leakage of 7 days old water jet pump.
But shanthi electricals dealer and chennai branch together misbehaving like either bring it to thier place or won't respond.
Faulty product given by oem and dealer should take responsibility to change spare at site and demanding to it their place and replacing at their own time in turn who will take responsibility for water supply at premises and why should customer run around after choosing your product.
I need proper response and faulty valve replacement till then i will knock all doors democratically.
