1.5 hp jet motor

We bought a fresh motor 1.5 hp jet motor raised complaint as there is huge noise coming and no water coming . He very leathargically telling ask plumber to check and i told 3 plumber confirmed it's motor fault. Customer center also black mailing that
We come and make water come then charges s applicable then wat is 1 year service warranty . Also he is rude while talking very worst customer care service they have means service center is useless don't buy this product at all. If anything goes wrong then our money is gone.

Not issuing free helmet for purchase of new bike

Sir, recently I bought a new bike in a Honda showroom . I asked for a free helmet which mandates sale of protective headgears at the time of purchase of two-wheelers. But the salesman refused to offer me a helmet.

suguna motor valve issue purchased from shanthi electricals chennai

Complaint number 19199
In chennai suguna motor service technician confirmed valve leakage of 7 days old water jet pump.
But shanthi electricals dealer and chennai branch together misbehaving like either bring it to thier place or won't respond.
Faulty product given by oem and dealer should take responsibility to change spare at site and demanding to it their place and replacing at their own time in turn who will take responsibility for water supply at premises and why should customer run around after choosing your product.
I need proper response and faulty valve replacement till then i will knock all doors democratically.
