Recently i made a purchase on www.suitslabel.com, the purchase was of product/clothing "green & blue color combo pack kurta mrp 990 rs" i received the product within 10 days, when i opened the package i found the product is of good quality but totally different from the own shown in the site which is not worth ₹990/-. There website says 7 days return and refund policy. But i'm unable to contact their 24*7 customer service, as their contact no is switched off and they don't reply to any of the mails.
If they're not refunding the amount atleast they should reply or offer a replacement, but no sign... Was this information helpful? |
