I had purchased a combo of two kurtis from suitslabel.com which got delivered on 29.04.19.in that shipment, two very different and extremely cheap kurtas were kept. I has posted to suitslabel for a return/refund through mail. Initially they responded with a regret mail and asked me to send pictures of the items received which i did. But after that, they didn't respond/revert....

This is a big cheat with my hard money.
We trust this website and they are delivering a total different stuff,

And if we saw there pages on facebook, they are attractive....

I have ordered a pink colour kurti of small size of rs.990 few days back. And today on 19/5/19 I hv got a fraud kurti which seems very cheap and of xxl size..
I will not even send it back to them. now it's their duty to fix it anyhow.
Even there is no return button as they hv told it is there.
They should send my preferred product or refund me....

There is no option like tracking order and customer support etc in the site. Even in fb they r not trying to help the customer...

Hi i am dilna. I ordered 2 kurtis online for 990 rupees from suitslabel on april 6th. Received 2 cheap kurtis on april 12th. The items in the package were entirely different from what i had ordered. I asked the delivery guy to take it back and he denied. Then i tried to initiate return online, but that option is not available in their site.
