Sujata Sau — cheque is not realized since one month

Dear sir,

I mrs sujata sau w/o sh. Ashok kumar sau age 45 yrs state the you following points regarding subject as above.

1. I received the sbi bistupur jamshedpur cheque no. 793537 amount rs. 122121/ dated[protected] through baharagora post office due to mature of nsc certificates. Zerox copy of cheque is enclosed.

2. This cheque has been deposited to corporation bank at jaydev vihar bhubneswar orisha branch code: 000540 to my a/c no [protected] for realization on dated[protected]. A/c details & deposit receipt is enclosed.

3. When i visited to bank for withdraw, the amount has not posted in my account stating the reason on my passbook “present in proper zone”.

4. On[protected] the corporation bank at jaydev vihar bhubneswar lodge the draft for realization and it realized in my a/c on the same day but the same is rejected mentioning the “present in proper zone”.

5. Again the corporation bank lodge the draft on dated[protected] for realization and it realized in my a/c on the same day but the same is again rejected mentioning the “present in proper zone”. Bank a/c statement is enclosed.

6. I personally requested to branch manager to present once again the cheque for realization since it passed one month and not getting any solution till yet in this regard.

Hence it is humbly request you to look into the matter so that the draft is realized in stipulated time so that i can withdraw the hard earned money for my medical treatment.
