From the day one i have problem with sukam home inverter ecobrini 1.1 kva
No one is coming to do regular health check every 6 month, which was told me to when i have purchased this unit last year.
And now my unit is not powering on complain no: 10135c09231217
I spoke to rajiv who is floor team leader for sukam sc, and told my complain is escalated and it will be attended today without fail, and he told he will get back to in one hours time with update, it's more then 4 hours now i don't get call from him or sukam service engineer.
Does this is way you provide service to all your customer?
I want to this complain to reach top mgmt on sukam and let them know how there ground team works
I have purchased this unit form "esskess green energy systems pvt. Ltd." and manger from esskess mr. Barth told me is any issue, i can reach him any time, but now when i called and inform them, they saying they can't find my detail on there system,
So are they really dealer of sukam, why they action like this when product is sold out and they don't know the customer information at all.
Such bad experience since i have taken this unit from sukam
