Sukam — repeatedly closing tickets without repairing/replacing in-warranty ups | |||||
Sukam is not providing replacement for faulty ups; Multiple complaints been raised since april/may 2017 - they are closing the tickets to maintain their slas, without providing any solution. Sometimes they will pretend my number is not registered with them, in order to avoid addressing the old tickets. Sometimes they say their system is unable to register ticket. They always say they will call back, but never do. Ups model: micron 250 va S. We had complained against our Inverter battery not keeping backup on 7april2018 with complain no 18808C09070418.
But till today we are suffering a lot and they are not doing anything.
