Sukam — SUKAM Battery not replaced in warranty period

Sir, I have placed complaint for poor Inverter Batter back up vide Complain number:[protected] and [protected] and the battery is within its 36month warranty period. But both the complain has been resolved saying the battery and Inverter are in good condition after being thoroughly checked the components by their service engineer. Also, the Service engineer has given feedback saying the battery will last for 2hrs backup with 400watts usage and allowed us testing period of a few days. In our testing period we find the battery is not with holding its backup even for 30 - 45mins (400watts with fully charged battery 13.70volts) and when raised the complaint to the Manager of Chennai Service centre, he refused to accept our complaint and denied the request for replacement of battery saying our Inverter/Battery are fine. Su-kam customer service people is very harsh, insensitive to customer complaint and we feel the said warranty promised by the company is not being full-filled and we are cheated. I request you Sir, to kindly to take up the matter in your hands and to do the needful as we have completely lost our faith in the Su-Kam Chennai Service people.
