Sukanya — Balance deducted without knowledge for caller tune

K. A : Customer Care Manager, We would like to bring to your notice that the services rendered by you is unsatisfactory, Rs.23 as been deducted from my balance without my knowledge for call me tune. I activated 3days free call me tune on 29th-Dec-2013 an Deactivated next day itself on 30th-Dec-2013 an got the confirmation msg also. Again when I recharge my number today Rs.23 as been Deducted. I'm very Dis-satisfied this seem like cheating the customers an robe ring the money. Requesting u to refund money / Please Close the connection. I have another 3 DoCoMo connection I don't have this problem, Please get back ASAP. Regards Sukanya
