Sukhda Fab — Fake material

I ordered a soft silk saree with blouse red colour order I'd skd83805 cod.
But the material received is neither silk nor red colour .
We paid ₹1600 to bluidart courior.
We want to return this material back to Sukhda fab and want refund.
