Suktams — Fake product received

I placed order on 22/June 2020 - it was a "cash on deliver" order - Order No :11278. I received the parcel thru Ekart on 25/ June2020 & when i opened the parcel was very surprised to see a fake - cheap product sent to me. Now i am trying to chase them, can't even find their website & the mail sent to them is bouncing back. their mail id thru which I got a mail confirmation was [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly help me trace these culprits.

Hi I'm fihan, I have ordered from them on 27th June 3 items and I did cod, but when I recived from ekart and when i opened there were only 2 items and that too cheap and wrong items which I paid 1667 for . My order number is #12589 . Kindly help me toooo im trying to track them down tooo
