I had ordered 1 lingerie sets from suktam costing about total 629 on cod. And i received the parcel via ekart with one cheap set. Not picking up given phone numbers. Fraud email account. Customer fraud. No cancellation method available on site. No contactable numbers shared on site.
No proper details to complaint or ask to return product of that sort.
I have ordered a product from suktams as it's appears on instagram ad . But it's delivered the wrong product to me . Now I can't find any contact number y contact them. As they don't have any number 😡.
