Suktams — wrong products delievered and fraud

Hi,
I have ordered 3 products on 23 june 2020 out of which i only received 2 products on 28 june 2020 and both are wrong products and of wrong size. It cost me inr 1708.
Please help me either replace the product or refund me back my money. I did cod.
My order id is : 11708
And this site name is suktams-lingerie.

Updated by ShyamaGupta I have received call saying that they are refunding my money and asked me bank account name and card no. and then again money is being deducted and extra money INR 799 is also deducted from my account.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I guess this ia fraud company everybody had received wrong product. In this case delivery partner should help us as they will definitely have contact details of the sender.
