Sulabh shauchalay is one of the best service in india to and symbol of cleanness. We appreciate your good efforts.

But we had a bad experience at Sulabh shauchalay situated at Saputara hill station, who takes an unauthorised charges to access urinal service. A person sitting there takes 5/- rs by all tourists. He also not gives a valid and proper answer and just takes money with a wrong way.

There isn't any kind of board that shows a charges nor any management info.

Please stop this persons and keep transperancy.
