sumesh — In call centre not provide proper answer

I call call centre regarding my ID and mpin no forgot. They told me go to ATM an de active your mobile number and re install freedom app all problem will be solved. Today 4times I did it not working again I call call centre now say go to your home bank and give a request letter. Is call centre of SBI trained each person give different ans. If know hot solve problem give a proper solution instead playing with customers. I think SBI playing with customers because lot of customers they have I think the way they treat a customer is the way we are begging for a request. In other bank we go Ubi south Indian bank they ask any thing we required do on the spot the way they treat is great we feel we are customer in SBI we feel we are bigger. Services provided by bank is very bad. Transfer a cash from SBI one branch to other charge other bank don't why u are using customers cash if a rule of RBI all bank required why SBI only different rule. Any special case. In thing I think to cancel my account from SBI. Bad performance of sbi. Don't think customer are staff if customers are there bank is .
Improvement required in call centre and bank rules. Only SBI is not national bank other national bank there under RBI rules are same all bank . provide proper answer to customer.
