I have purchased total four (Qty-04) emergency led lights from csd canteen last year. After a use of eight months two of them gone bad in the month of apr this year. One is not at all charging and the other one with backup problems. Though i have started contacting service agent at kerala (As i was using this item at kerala), csd canteen sulur and service agent at chennai in the month of apr this year, till date i have not received any fruitful result. When i contacted the service agent, he advised me to either replace the item in canteen itself with available stock or to produce the item at chennai for replacement. But even after waiting 2-3 months i couldn't get my replacement till date. For me it is very difficult to travel all the way to chennai only to claim replacement for the faulty product or spending 250 rupees per piece on courier as i am staying in coimbatore. I feel that summercool should provide some type of customer support atleast at tier 2 cities like coimbatore also. Was this information helpful? |
