It's only been 2 months since I purchased SUMMERCOOL BIG BULL COOLER and it is defected twice. The customer care and shopkeepers are not providing any service even it is in warranty period, and it's been a week in this hot summer since the cooler damaged.
Really disappointed with the company.

I have purchased the summercool stand-by light since Jan 2020

The same light is not functioning properly and I have completed the customer service regarding this but the item's not replaced till now

Request to do the needful action

I bought a gas geyser on 11 Nov 2022 from a retailer in my home town Gursarai Jhansi UP (284202). After using it for 5 days, it is not working properly and as a consumer i am facing problems. The retailer gave me a bill with 1 year warranty but now he is not supporting anymore. I want my problem will resolve asap.

I bought a new cooler 3 months are completed I call machine for your company again some problem are there please fix it properly

I have purchased tower air cooler platina model by last 2 months. When i start the cooler the water coming out while cooler is running mode from day one. i have trying many times in customer care no but coustomer care executive is not responding me. I am facing very problem from day one. please check and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have purchasd product King kong Tower air cooler since 3 month ago. Since past week I am facing issue with fan motor. I have tried to reach helpline number but I have not received any positive response even customer care executives are not responding. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. Bought 2 months ago not heating well. Pls help us

They are not providing us the customer service.
The cooler is stopped working many times in a month and pump is not giving water
As I tried to complaint on summer cool customer service but they are not responding.
Please take necessary action on them....

I have been trying to contact you from last Saturday but there is no reply, i purchased this cooler last month only, there is a problem with pump motor it is not working, kindly check it and repair the pump as soon as possible

I have complainted in summercool customer care in 12 march 2022 that my exhaust fan not working which is under warranty period. There after no response from their side. I have called 22 times to customer care and servicing person also. Most of the time not attending call not even by customer care also. It has taken 50 days from now.

Cooler not working

I bought a cooler but after some days it stop working.

I have purchased total four (Qty-04) emergency led lights from csd canteen last year. After a use of eight months two of them gone bad in the month of apr this year. One is not at all charging and the other one with backup problems. Though i have started contacting service agent at kerala (As i was using this item at kerala), csd canteen sulur and service agent at chennai in the month of apr this year, till date i have not received any fruitful...

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased one water heater from one of the dealer (Shiv Shakti Elactrical & Electronics,VBP Plaza,Sec. 5,Shop No 220 IInd Floor Dwarka ND 75 PH [protected]),the product is under warranty period and i am facing some problem since the heater is not working properly. I Informed the dealer so many times about the complent one of his worker is also visited 20 days back and when the problem was not sorted out he left my place saying that he will be visiting with in three days again with the part to be replaced but till now no one has turmed up and when i spoken to the dealer he said he will get it dine from his end on 09th (monday),till day no one has turned and when i have spoken to him he is saying the company people are saying that the problem has been sorted out.Now i want to register a complent against the company (Summercool) and the Dealer (Shiv Shakti Electrical & electronics)
