I bought Summercool's Mericool 25 litres air cooler from KSR Shoping Center Vaishali Ghaziabad on 17 April 2022. The said cooler is on 1 year home service warranty. On 24 June 2022, the coolers water pump stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 24 June 2022 and informed me that the complaint is lodged with the company and that a service personnel will come to repair the cooler next day. But no one came on that day for repairing.

i bought Summercool's platina 100 liters air cooler in buddheshwar, lucknow on may 2022. On the day first the cooler water is came out when i running the cooler. I have trying many times to customer care no;s but my call is not received any executive. i have already launched on complain on 15/07/2022 but still that a service personnel is not come to repair the cooler till now.

Almost all the summercool cooler variants have some problem and customer is not able to take service because summercool customer care system does not respond...
Summercool company should think over this issue because it is a serious concern...
Summercool customer as well as the dealer who sell summercool do face so many problems because of this issue.
