Your service partner does not even try to deliver the product.
The given address is 9 km from the Thodupuzha town and town PIN code 685584 and my address PIN 685585.

I have provided very clear cut address with land mark please type St. Martins church Anchiri in google it will show.. House is also in the road side and in the local city too.. You just ask any auto driver in Thodupuzha town about this address, they will simply drop you there...and your local partner is trying to fool us..

He said address is not found and customer is not reachable... He called my aged parents and asked them to come and collect the product from their Vengallore office..They have collected all the route map and correct location too...now updated in the tracker customer not reachable...

If your cargo don't have door to door delivery, then why did you picked up the product ..

Total unprofessional..

You have already delayed my shipment..and doing this kind of .. customer service..I have yo claim the damages from the supplier as well the courier partner..

I bought a summercool cooler last year in summers and used it for a month and now in this summers when i switched it on the pump was not functioning properly and cooler is to be used without the pump.i want that company officais must see what is the problem and do the needful so that i can use the cooler this summers

I bought Summercool's Mericool 75 litres air cooler from Mishra Sales Gwalior on 12 April 2022. The said cooler is on 1 year home service warranty. On 23 April 2022, the coolers water pump stopped working. I lodged a complaint with dealer (Mishra Sales) on 25 April 2022 and Mr. Sunil Mishra informed me that the complaint is lodged with the company and that a service personnel will come to repair the cooler next day. But no one came on that...
