On the 18th of January, I got two emails from your company with attachments 61.rar, 62.rar, 63.rar, 64.rar and each attachment containing 50 pictures each. Total - 200 pictures.

On asking why should I be giving your company a security deposit, your person said that our data is very valuable and thus to prevent misuse, we take a small deposit. Fair enough, I gave the 3540.

I have submitted my data on time as on 27th January with all 200 notepad attachments.

After 4 days, as on 31st January, I receive an email from your quality check department as shown in picture No. 1; stating that my data is not opening?!

Question No.1 - Why is it that after 4 days, you have sent me an email that my data is not opening in the software that apparently your company has spent lacs and crores on? (as told to me by Mr. Gaurav Kumar, Mr. Aryan)
You could have sent this to me instantly on the day that I sent you the email with all my work stating that your email doesn't seem to be opening; can you please send it again?

Question No. 2 - On what basis are you'll accusing me that I have typed this data in more than 1 system?
If my data is firstly not opening in your software (that your company has spent lacs and crores on); how can you accuse me that I have typed this in more than 1 system?
I want proof regarding the same.
(I am willing to pay for flight tickets for anyone; so that you can come down to mumbai with your software and we can check it out in person).

I also opened the 4 attachments/pictures that your quality check department sent me in the email.
I have opened one attachment as shown in picture No. 2 and I have a few questions.
Question No.1 - Why is my folder saved as "Suvrat Ghatiwala (not open data)"?
I do not remember sending you any data/folder with the title "Suvrat Ghatiwala (not open data)"

Question No.2 - Why are you opening 61.rar (134 kb file)? That is the file that you have sent me!
The files that I have sent you are .txt files (with each file being between 6-8 kb) as shown in picture No. 3

Question No.3 (as on the bottom right corner of picture No.2)- Why is it that "apparently" despite spending lacs and crores on your quality check software, your company doesn't have enough money to buy a Windows software?

Inspite of all this, on the 31st of January, Mr. Aryan told me that since my data is not opening in their software, he will make sure that the quality check department opens it manually and checks all my data and files one by one. And tells me that he will get back to me the next day.

If a person like me can sit and type your data one by one; then surely your company can definitely open each and every file one by one and check it manually with the corresponding picture.

The next day, on the 1st of February, Mr. Aryan doesn't pick up my phone inspite of calling him atleast 5-6 times. Then Mr. Gaurav Kumar finally calls back and says that Aryan Sir is gone for a holiday (inspite of me hearing Mr. Aryan's voice in the background giving Mr. Gaurav Kumar instructions).

When finally, on the 2nd of February, Mr. Aryan calls me back, he says, "sorry, we couldn't open your data and so we cannot give you your payment."
After a very heated conversation, when I asked him the above questions, he didn't have an answer.
When I finally tell him that I will have to go the police station and file a complaint, Mr. Aryan says, "Lagta hai aapne padaai-likhaai nahi ki hai, isliye aapke paas common sense nahi hai. Aapne sirf 3540 diya hai company ko. Aapne company kharidi nahi hai. Complaints hoti rehti hai hamaare company ke khilaf; aap bhi jaa kar ek complaint file kar lijiye, aur wo police inspector se baat karvaaiye, wo shaayad aapko thodi common sense me samjhaa denge".

Translation - (Looks like you haven't been to school and that's why you don't have common sense. You have only given 3540 to the company. You haven't bought this company. Complaints keep getting filed against our company, you can also go and file one; and make me talk to the police inspector, maybe he can talk some common sense into you).

And after all this, he blocks me on whatsapp as shown in picture No.4

When i finally go to the police station, and I make Mr. Aryan talk to the cop; the first thing Mr. Aryan says to the cop is that send me your ID card on whatsapp. The cop says this is not the procedure, as you can misuse my ID card. Mr. Aryan who apparently has lot of common sense doesn't seem to understand this.
The cop, then goes on to tell Mr. Aryan that the data is opening and that I have opened it in front of the cop on my laptop. (as shown in the video)
Mr. Aryan still doesn't seem to understand this.
The cop questions him also, that which company takes money from their employees first?
Big IT firms and banks also don't take money from their employees.
Mr. Aryan replies that tell him to work for those companies then.
After finally talking to the cop for 25 minutes, Mr. Aryan says that all I can do is refund the 3540 that I have given as security deposit; and that he will do this immediately the next day. (which I still haven't gotten till now)

Why should I take a refund of the 3540?
I have worked for 12 hours everyday for 10 days in order to complete the assignment that you have given me.
Since, most of the pictures that you have sent me contain broken english, and almost don't make sense and are not clear, I have had to plug in my laptop to the TV and then complete your assignment.

Few additional Questions - As shown in picture No. 5, the pictures in folder 62.rar have been created in 2014; Why hasn't anyone completed this valuable data of yours in 4 years?

Question No.2 - Why are picture No.150 in data folder 61.rar and picture No. 182 in data folder 63.rar exactly the same?
(I can show you 20 pictures that are exactly the same in data folder 61 and 63; only a person that has typed all these 200 pictures can remember all this)

Finally, if I have made any mistakes in my typing (more than 3 a page), I am willing to not take payment for that page; provided you show me proof.

If not, I would like my payment of 22000 and my refund of 3540 (as promised by Mr. Aryan), Total - 25540, within the next 48 hours.

If I don't receive the said total payment within the next 48 hours, I will have to move the city civil court and file a complaint to cancel your GST number.

I agree with Suvrat. This company is highly unprofessional and even their website is very vague and ambiguous.
Ma bhi ekbaar aise fraud job proposal company ke sath kaam kar chuka hu. Badi muskil se apna security money wapas liya tha. Kaam ka paise toh mila hi nahi. Saale sab fraud hote ha. Its better to be a freelancer in Fiver or Upwork where you can get a real job.
