I have registered my name with your company in january. I have submitted and failed in one work and have been unable to take more works till now due to some issues. However, before registering i have been told that i could take work between 11months as my registration will be available till that time. And now i want work but i am unable to reach the personnel who was the reference. I have the invoic and everything. Whom do i connect with now. Has my money all gone to waste then.

Sir.. Pls cancel my membership package that my friend bymistakely ordered today.. I'm not yet at all intreseted in doing jobs now. So pls don't send me any membership packages. I'm requesting because i can't afford it.. So pls don't send me... Due to the shortage of time and money i can't do job. I hope you will definitely understand my situation... I had paid the enrollment fee to start working but after that i didn't get work. I contacted the person from your website itself so i'm not responsible for this and i want my money back. But i am ready to work if you will provide me legitimately. Only if the payments and payouts will be on time then i'm ready to work... Else i will complain here...

Its been almost 25days i joined and paid 2500. They just gave one project for which they didnot pay and gave some excuse for it. Even after 15days of the 1st project they dont give the next project. They donot reply on whatsapp no. They simply leave the messages unattended. They just target people to take money and get work done for once and donot respond later. They initially show all the documents and make us believe in them and later stop responding. Please donot believe and pay money to this company

Hi. This is abhay ranipa here. I had joined sunglow infotech 20 days ago only with refrence of guy called aryan. They gave me 1st assignement after giving a registration fees. I submitted it with in my time period and due to mistakes it got rejected. I accepted it and asked for 2nd work. I gave my 100% and done it with full efforts and yesterday they mailed me that my work is rejected and terminated my id coz i had typed in more then one system that is fully surly wrong and they told me that zip file which i send to them is not getting open. It does not prove that i had typed in more then one system. I also have knowledge of computers. I replied to malay karla (Quality officer) to show me on remote access and let me check that their reason is valid or not. Its look like fraud only. The guy (Aryan) who was in touch thru whatsapp, i asked him also but he didnt reply me and blocked me. So what shuld we understand for their such behaviour. No one is giving answers and just targeting the peoples and making all frauds.

I have contacted the compay number he game me the project the forst project was not gone so well as my mistakes were more they said tge company gaives 2 chances i amm texting the person and companys contact number but although seeing the messages no one is replying me this is the main reason of my complain i want this complains solution as soon as possible.

We should call them looters, fraudsters!! Yes mr. Rajat bansal, your third grade company (Or i should call a gang of looters), is running on our 2360₹. And i am genuine victim of yout fraud. Dear visitors, i request you not to pay money for work bacause noone pays for doing work. Beware of these kind of fraudsters in market!! If at all it is a company, they cannot manage a proper content writer for them... So many grammatical errors on their website. And who writes this kind of content on their website (Screenshot attached).

They tell you that it will be a 50-60 line per page. But in actual its around 100 lines merged and made 50. They take your money, and they dont refund it. Its no where written in their policy that the money will not be refunded!
Mr. Rajat bansal, i’m requesting your company to kindly refund my money as it’s not humanly possible to comeplete these tasks in just 6 days.
I’ve talked to my parents about this and trust me, we’re so ready to take a legal action towards this thing.
My mother is in women’s cell and my brother works in the crime branch. Do you actually think it’s so difficult for me to take this action?

Please refund my money and i’ll remove this post without taking this matter too far.

I have recently registered to sunglow infotech solutions for offline data entry work. My registration date was 27th feb 2018.

I do freelancing, blogging as a part time work. So i decided to join sunglow infotech to earn some extra money.

I called the number and spoke to gaurav. He assisted me well and promised me the work is good and there is no fraud as i seen on internet. (I saw these reviews before, still i trusted him and registered).

I paid amount rs. 2360 on number : [protected] and he said you will get work after 3-4 days as it was holi occassion.

I got work on my email address on sat, mar 3, 2018 at 2:56 pm.

There were 2 folders (Data folder no. 91-92) with 100 pages and work was to be submitted within 6 days.

I started the work with genuine efforts and was able to complete on the day of submission.

It took me approximate 12-14 hours per day to complete without much breaks.

I submitted the work before time and i asked whether the submission folder is correct. I got the reply immediately that the "submission timing is correct".
And did not get the reply whether submission folder is correct or not.

I had attached 100 notepad files in winrar software on windows 10.

The notepad files are accurately attached and are visible on the gmail attachments as well.

I got the qc report after 4 days saying:

" your data is not opening here. We have tried to open your data in many systems. But it is not be open. Because you have typed the data more than 1 systems. So, your data has been rejected. So, as per company policy terms & conditions there is no payout for this data. You had to use only one system this is clearly written in my policy. Screenshot is given below check it out. "

They have sent a screenshot which is basic error created on the winrar software. I have questioned them about it and asked them to check the folder again.
I also replied that the work is done on the one laptop only (1 computer). I also send the screenshot of the same files which i had done on my computer.

I have not got the reply from the department yet.

Basically, what i see from the previous complaints and my case is

- sunglow infotech just needs the registration amount.
- they are not genuine
- even if someone is paid before, they would be their own people.
- they are not caught because they are playing very safely in market.
- police and government not interested because sunglow infotech shows that they are giving employment which is actually not.
- sunglow infotech has poor and pathetic service and do not have any softwares for checking neither good remote service.
- sunglow infotech themselves do not get paid for the work they provide (Scanned documents) as these documents are already typed maybe.

- even if you type correctly and send the work on time, they will shoot you with their useless policy thing or show the screenshot of data file not opening.

In, this case i would request to provide me refund directly to my amount.

Now, sunglow infotech hr, quality team or whatever # teams they have...

These people have good standard responses which they directly paste on all the complaints registered here.

I have asked on call to gaurav that what about these complaints which are there online. He answered that there are people online who make the company name as fraud. I agreed to that point.. Because there are people online who make false comments.

But what i have personally experienced is sunglow infotech solution is fraud process and they are working only for registration money.

I would recommend strictly not to choose this company for part time or full time work from home.

After contacting the company's employee named mr. Aryan gupta regarding the job, he asked me to send an amount of rs 2360. After sending the money he told me that he will send me the joining letter with the signature of hr manager. And now its been 3 days he hasn't replied me neither did i received any invoice regarding the job or payment.
I have attached an image of the payment that i made via paytm. Now i want my money back.

Noone is ever going to receive any payment ever as per their rules! They just fool the people, make them work hard day and night and end up sending them error reports containing errors!
. Jpg files they send to type in. Txt format is so complex, that it is next to impossible to do it with 3 errors.in this way, they get their work done with 5-6 errors and that too with a security of 2360 inr.

Beware of these kind of fraudsters in the market who ask for money first.

On the 18th of January, I got two emails from your company with attachments 61.rar, 62.rar, 63.rar, 64.rar and each attachment containing 50 pictures each. Total - 200 pictures.

On asking why should I be giving your company a security deposit, your person said that our data is very valuable and thus to prevent misuse, we take a small deposit. Fair enough, I gave the 3540.

I have submitted my data on time as on...

I have been cheated by this company as they took the security money and did not pay me my salary of rs. 9000 that they had promised by saying that i had not completed my assignment on a single computer. Forgot about the salary they didn't even return my security money. Such cheaters these people are. Plus their employees misbehave with the women. I want my security money back. Kindly help me get that back.

I am complaining about Sun Glow Infotech Solutions.I joined this company few days back as a data entry operator.I completed my task within time i.e 100 pages in 6 days.According to their provided image I type accurate but they said they find lots of mistakes.But I checked all the pages twice thrice.Its not possible that alternative page have mistakes.According to their policy 1500 Rs should be refundable.But till date they don't refund my money.I want my money back aa ason as possible.I give them 2360 Rs via paytm.I attached an image along with my complaint form.

I had joined Sunglow infotech solution in November 2017. Before joining the company I used to get many calls asking me to join the company and make the advance payment but once the payment was made( about ₹2360)they did not bother to check for updates from my side.Do not join this company as they are trying to cheat you. They will ask you to pay money before joining the company.
I was given a task in which the font size was extremely small (2) and barely visible to the eyes and I reported them about this issue and they did not bother to check and get back. I have tried calling several times but I’m not getting any response from them. Do not make the mistake of paying them initially before the task is given.

I have informed them about the inconvenience in the very 2nd day of work due to some inconvenience in the form of health issue. But those people are not even ready to listen and return my security deposit. Even after completing 85 pages of work they have a weapon called quality report to attack people n miss payments. These people are wasting the time and efforts of normal people. Atleast they have to pay for the pages which we hv done correctly, but they are using that work for free. Cheater company...

I would like to draw your attention toward the issues that confronted by me to accomplish the consignment of typing.
1) first is that in the bill generated by you, it is clear that 6 days time will be given to the candidate to accomplish the task but we got the task on 2nd january 2018 and the cut off time given by you is less than whole 6 days.
2) the font is not clear in many places to us as being written in some other way and we were not even assisted for the same by anyone. How we could interpret the font which is vague.
3) the data given by you is in the file extension of. Jpeg which creates problem as we make the file zoom it convey different sense in term of space between symbol, commas etc.
4) approximately there are 1500 words/7500 character in your one data file and the error ratio permissible you is only 3 words which means the error ratio given by you is only 0.002% (3 words) that is not impossible to maintain this accuracy with respect to time constraint.
5) you termed it as part time work, the person having speed of 50 wpm also is going to take 40 minutes easily for the 1 page and for 100 pages the value come to 4000 minutes (66.67) hours and the hours given you were only approx 120.
6) these were the severe situation which led me two express myself in front of you. According to the lab-our laws these circumstances do not fit in the decent recruitment as well as employment.

I have only contact with radhika, after i paid money they talking rudely and not proper communication. Sr. Hr she also not giving proper response, i asked her if you can't give proper response return back my money. She told me what ever you can do, do it and disconnect the phone call. I sent so many mails to get my invoice still they didn't sent. When ever i call they telling i will call back i will call back but they won't call back. Even if i call also they won't pickup.
Deepak talk to me, he said with in 15 minutes you will get invoice. But they not sent.
Now they blocked my mobile number

Hi, i submitted the assigned task on-time.. I spent lots of efforts for 6 days. And now quality report says that i typed data in multiple systems.. Which i did on my only "pc". And when i called mr. Gurav kumar ([protected]), he told 200 members submitted their data along with you out of 180 people got their payment already 🤷.. According to your so called policy they should be paid after two days.. The one in contact with me on whatsapp also told the same.. Which says you sticked to one thing.. And this completely proves you guys are cheating like hell!
I paid 2360 for registration to ([protected])
And i rechecked the data and sent you.. And i'm sure their won't be more than 3 mistakes in a page.. Now please stop all this bakwas kind of thing.. Amd send my money back 👿
Do you even have any idea.. How much time we spend on it to complete the task.. : (

Disclaimer : people who are doing this are for money (They are in need of money) and you are stealing from them.. Shame on you guys!
