Full Description - I went to Yamaha Showroom (Sun Motors) @ Mugappeir West Branch near Croma showroom for my Scooter service @08.30 AM after me a guy has come in with his scooter for servicing without standing he went directly to Security and told him to take the scooter as he is getting delayed to office first he denied later he picked the details and took the key. I also requested him but he denied and told me i am unable to speak to you this is what he conveyed then what is the treatment he is giving to a customer who is standing and after all this incident has happened very arogant behaviour. The same i have conveyed to the executive who has arrived and he also told in a commanding tone that he might have discussed with some one but i enquired that there is no such incident. He too argued with me and his name is Venkat from Yamaha Service center. They told you will be getting your bike on Wednesday this also in a commanding tone and he doesn't know the mannerism how to convey a message to a customer due to lack of staff which is no fault of customer. We do have lot of commitments. The way they treated is not the first instance this is the second instance where i am facing this type of behaviour In future i won't recommend this Sun Motors to any one and i am writing this in all Social media forum and very bad in all their reviews about this. Very very poor and arogant behaviour of the branch.
