2. **Unprofessional Handling**: It is now apparent that the service on my bike was only being addressed at the last minute, which raises concerns about what was being done during the previous two days.
3. **Poor Customer Service**: Attempts to reach the receptionist for updates have been unsuccessful, with either no response or a lack of clarity regarding the timeline of the service. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and makes customers feel undervalued.
I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by your service center. I expect better communication and timely service from a reputed establishment like Sun Motors.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue, including:
- A detailed explanation of the delay and the current status of my bike.
- Assurance of when my bike will be ready for delivery.
- Measures you will take to prevent such incidents in the future.
