Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't got any email or phone call regarding subscription activation. But, after logging complaint through consumer complaints here and also provided GPA number. I got reference mail around 8:15 pm that they escalated the issue to sunnxt, after that I checked the sunnxt app and found that my subscription has been activated.
Sun NXT customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
