[Resolved] Sun NXT — Ott subscription activation

I have paid premium subscription charges 799 for year plan on September 28, 2023, at 5:29:55 PM IST, with a GPA of[protected]. But, application shows no active subscription plan, I have complained the same. they provided an issue Id: Og 95342. But, till now i have not received any resolution regarding the same. the registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone number is [protected]. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Oct 3, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't got any email or phone call regarding subscription activation. But, after logging complaint through consumer complaints here and also provided GPA number. I got reference mail around 8:15 pm that they escalated the issue to sunnxt, after that I checked the sunnxt app and found that my subscription has been activated. Sun NXT customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
