cancelled my subscription well before, but charged me

Hello Sun NXT Team

I have received 3 SMS on Nov 29th 2025 Saturday, about my charges INR 899/- will be debited if the a active subscription is not cancelled, I have cancelled immediately moment I received the SMS, 2 SMS received at 1336hrs. IST and 3rd SMS I received at 1337hrs. IST., through my Apple Account — Subscription option. But today Nov 30th 2025 Sunday, they have charged me INR 899/- and I received SMS @ 1756hrs....

The serial last week showed a girl being raped after her drinks were spiked. In order to get more TRP the serial production team decided to portray as though one of the male leads may have perpetrated it.
Literally a chat war is being waged on Youtube with some viewers wanting the suspected male lead to marry the girl due to the act of possibly raping her while her drinks were spiked.
Another team supports other male lead who tried to rescue the female lead (subject of rape) but is accused for harassing the girl.

Without any sense and social responsibility they are making a story around a theme like non consensual sex to promote marriage between one male lead and the female lead of the serial

They are citing Marathi serial "Navi Janmen Mi" as example - but there the story is more natural where the male lead helps and supports a girl who was raped by person unknown after her drink was spiked.

So the tail version of the serial is depicting a sensitive issue around violence done to a girl for moving a story in a certain way. It portraying this topic in such a way that it is devoid of any proper social message to young viewers who watch the serial. They also are creating a chat storm in order to attract viewership and retain #1 TRP that the serial had so far until this incident happened in the serial.

The production house and TV channel must be held accountable for the kind of content they want to depict in serials.

I hope my request will be looked into

      Hi Sir/Mam,

      This is Ilavarasan. My Sundirect CDSN No : [protected].

      I have been using Sun Direct for the Past Two Years. Every Time when I Recharge Sun Direct the SunNxt will be given as Free as per your Norms if we recharge for more than 6 months.

      But for the Past Two Recharges I have done for the 6 months Recharge I can't able to use the SunNxt app and it is logged in and if we click on any...

      Hi Sir/Mam,

      I Have escalated this Issue many times to Customer Care and every time I escalate this issue the Customer care tries to divert the Issues or tries to cut the call and they don't even try to listen to the issue or try to sort it out. They said they will send me the mail regarding the above issue within 24 hours but for the past 7 days I didn't receive any mail.

      Please try to sort out the above issues as soon as possible or else I won't use Sun Direct from then and I don't even suggest anyone for the same as this is the worst customer care I have ever faced.

          I had subscribed to SUN NXT when i was in the USA. The email id was sitaram.[protected]@gmail.com. Now I am in INDIA and not using the service anymore - for the last 3 months. To my surprise, I have been debited of an amount of 49.99$ for the SUN NXT Subscription yesterday. Kindly reverse the transaction immediately. . Also kindly confirm to my email after cancellation.

              Ott subscription activation

              I have paid premium subscription charges 799 for year plan on September 28, 2023, at 5:29:55 PM IST, with a GPA of[protected]. But, application shows no active subscription plan, I have complained the same. they provided an issue Id: Og 95342.                       Unable to watch anything from SunNxt app. It continuously buffers on my Samsung TV. My internet is very good and working very fine with other Otto channels. On my IPad it never turns up....

                      I have done payment on[protected], and received message for the same and is been activated upto[protected]. But when I log in the app or the screen it is showing no active plan and asking me to subscribe

                            I had purchased the sun nxt premium plan on 25th march 2023. The payment of Rs 799 was made using paytm upi. transaction id:[protected]

                            This plan is not functional. I have written multiple emails to [protected]@sunnxt.com

                            Everytime, they have asked for the screenshot of the transaction and I have shared the same. Their system works uniquely.

                            When I log a complaint. I get two mails
                            mail 1: Dear User,

                            Reference copy is a sample of paytm receipt, that I have attached and sent to them 4 times which has the transaction id, amount, date, from and to clearly mentioned.

                            I would like my subscription to get active again
