[Resolved]  Sunil Nair — preclosure of Housing Loan

Sir, I took a loan from DHFL on 07/2010 for Rs.611063/- At the time of sanctioning the loan, they have collected all the other charges separately and issued a cheque for the above amount. Now I approach them for preclosure of the loan and to transfer the amount to some other bank. Dewan housing is asking for Rs. 571880/- to close the account. I have repaid more than Rs. 250, 000/- and they are changing the EMI without informing us. I never be as a defaulter and I used to pay my EMI on time. In this connection, please advice me where can I approach for reducing the above amount which they are asking
