[Resolved] Sunrise International - The Timber Guy — Product not dispatched eve after 17 weeks

Order was placed for two sheshame wood chair on 9th June, 2021.Full payment was also made. It was about to dispatch after 12weeks.
Till date it is not dispatched. Have sent email but didn't receive any response.

If this is the type of service, do you think I will purchase further from Sunrise international/ Timberguy or recommend someone??

Received the product. But the item was damaged in the transit. In one of the chair, the backrest has broken.

Worst company... fraud... famous for taking money and not sending furniture for even two years by which time customer gives up... haul this company in supreme court and put owners behind bars... agarwal bania

The company has no stores across cities in India. Can't even go to a store and choose furniture after feeling touching it... fraud no. one timberguy agarwal is
