Order no. 11372 for 4 chairs was placed on 24th March. Only 2 chairs were delivered on 28th May. That too some guy called me asking for my address and said it's being sent from a really far off place in my city so please tip the guy who deliveres the chairs! It's the responsibility of the Timberguy to deliver it to my doorstep, not mine! All the other companies that i've ordered from deliver it professionally to my doorstep, no questions...

However, even after more than two and half months, the product has not been delivered. And the customer service guy are not responding to calls, and keep replying to the mail that they will update soon. I placed Order No. #10969 on 25 November 2025 for a Jodhpur Wooden Queen Size Poster Bed with carving (SKU: SUN-WBED852-Q) and paid ₹35, 149.05 INR in full at the time of purchase. The order was placed on July with 100% payment. They do not provide any details. Even after 3 months they keep telling order will be dispatched soon.

They do not mention delivery date while placing order. I am now planning to send notice via consumer court in Pune....

My order #8083, was placed 2months back and till today the product is not delivered by sunrise timber guy company.

Many attempts were made to reach the company via calls and emails, but they do not give proper details of delivery. After sometime they have stopped responding to calls....

They take order after receiving full advance payment. they provide bill and give due date after few weeks. now months have been passed and we have not received any delivery.
they do not answer calls, only whatsapp and emails they entertain. also replies are always delayed.
ratings we cant put on their website as they filter the ratings before making them live....

I did not see this information before, otherwise I would have not ordered.
I have ordered furniture worth one lakh rupees, and iam still waiting for it.
The website says 5-7 weeks, but it's been 3 months. They only reply back only when I mail, saying almost ready but no Information about when I will get it. Phone calls don't get through, no response.
I extremely unhappy and frustrated.
It is pure harassment...

First of all they delivered the product after 7 months instead of their 12 week delivery period. We understand everyone's business getting affected because of covid, but the least they could've had done was to keep us updated and not force us to call them every few days for updates which was kind of harassment. It made us feel like they're fraud... anyhow the product was delivered and we were happy with it.

The company had shown a cane bench. I received the product after 4 months after many complaints. They used plastic instead of Rattan and shoddy cheap construction.

This company is a fraud....

I placed my order for 4 products worth about 50k with The Timber Guy on 6th Jan 2022. I was impressed by their website and took the leap of faith.
I got an Order # 6066.
Turns out its a BIG MISTAKE I made. These people are TOATL FRAUD. With about 10 weeks gone by, not only they have NOT YET DELIVERED any product to me. But they cant even provide any update to me on progress (or lack of it).

I placed the order on Dec 4. Its been more than 12 weeks now. In Feb I was told order is in production. No response on phone, whatsapp or email anymore.
They take entire payment in advance and then zero response to any customer communication. I am not sure if I will get any of my 57, 000 Rs back.
Please don't trust this website....

The communication was rude and they shipped the already cancelled product. I need to go to the consumer court for grievance redressal...

I ordered a Coffee Table on July 14, 2021. It is now 20 weeks and I have not heard a word from them. Whenever I call, they just say "you will get an email from the production team". I have sent several emails, but to-date, they do not even have the decency to reply.

This company is a fraud company, people working are Liars, even the owner of the company Jetain Agarwal do not responds to emails.
My product has not been delivered after 4 months, after numerous emails and followup, they have sent a docket number which is a wrong number for tracking.
All the good reviews are shown on the page to fool people...

Order was placed for two sheshame wood chair on 9th June, 2021.Full payment was also made. It was about to dispatch after 12weeks.
Till date it is not dispatched. Have sent email but didn't receive any response.


If this is the type of service, do you think I will purchase further from Sunrise international/ Timberguy or recommend someone??...

Pathetic company, pathetic people, pathetic product. I am regretting what led me to make purchase from these ### guys.

They will keep postponing deliveries, take 5 months to deliver your goods, everytime citing a very comfortable reason of covid. Never reply to emails until you make repeated phone calls to remind them. No way to reach to a dumb CUSTOMER service agent who has absolutely no authority and no intent to resolve YOUR...

I had ordered bookshelf and shoerack on 18 March 2021, but not received any its been 4 months now..I had paid 35000 but they are not refunding the money too.i want my money back it seems a fake company to me...

This is a scam company with fake reviews on their website. I ordered furniture worth 23000 and full payment was taken with a promise of delivery between 6-8 weeks. It has been 13 weeks and i have still not received the order.
I have sent over 20 emails and called but there is always no response or false promises made.

I am also filing a case against them along with 16 other such customers on a FB group...

Delayed delivery of 18 weeks. No response from the company. The delivered product was damaged and no one came for installation.

I have ordered TV unit on Aug 14th and i have not received any feedback on my order and whenever i called, they just say you will get a mail from production.

The company is showing some attractive pictures and price to cheat easily.

I ordered my product on Mar 30th 2021 but my product is not yet delivered

We had ordered a solid wooden chest of drawers in January. It was due to come in april but arrived only in July. When we received the product the back was cracked and top was coming off. After waiting so long we received a damaged product and asked them to refund or replace the product, to which they replied that we should find a local carpenter (they would pay 200-300 rs) and provide glue! This is absolutely pathetic after sales service, no communication after the payment is made and no responsibility taken for any damage.

Please do not transact with this company.

This is not a reliable company to order from. We placed an order for chest of drawers more than 2 and a half months ago. They are least bothered to inform customers about the order and delivery, no one mails, nobody connects and have been very irresponsible. They have no business ethics. Worst!
My product is still not settled!

John took a piece of wood from a fsmily house which was being destroyed to make a dinjng room table he did no work for 8 months when asked to show a picture he sent a picture of a screw being taken out of wood he then refused to send another picture while he was making table refused to answer emails and blocked my callls(although l dud not call) I have at least 30 emails asking to see progress on table when he delivered it the work was not what I had wanted at all he totally ruined an irreplaceable heirloom abd refused to allow me the client to hsve input into what I wanted. Thus was an abomination for a customer to work with someone who refused to even allow me to see what he was doing I would never ever recommend him to anyone

We have been following up over email sent in july, august & september, asking for status of delivery or at least refund to be initiated.

Their customer care has not responded to phone calls & our payment has been stuck since then!
