Sunrise Sports India — badminton

I had purchased a yonex nano ray 7000i badminton racquet from polo sports manjeri in 13th september 2017. After using it for a 3-4 days the racquet broken into two parts.
I am a regular player and the racquet not crashed.
I went to the shop and requested them to replace the racquet and no response.
Finally no response to my complaint or i give complaint to consumer court.

I recently bought Yonex shoe power cushion Aerus2, but it got ripped off within just 3.5 months of purchase.I usually play just twice a week so there is not much performance requirement in terms of shoe durability. i want sunrise India to look in the matter as its a manufacturing defect.
