I had purchased a yonex nano ray lite badminton racquet from total sports viviana mall outlet in february, 2017. After using it for a month, the racquet broke into two parts.
I went to the outlet and requested them to look into this matter, since the racquet was hardly a month old and i am an advanced badminton player who is used to playing regularly.
They registered a complaint on 4th april, 2017 and told me it would take them 15-20 days to resolve and that they would call me as soon as the issue was resolved.
I did not follow-up till 10th may giving them enough time to work on the issue. When i went to the shop on 10th may, they asked me to wait for 2 days and they would call me. I went to the shop again on 14th may since i did not receive any calls from the shop.
This continued regularly with me going to shop every 2-3 days asking for clarifications and with them telling me to come back after 2 days.
Finally, yesterday i. E. On 1st june, 2017 the manager mr. Jeetu tells me that my claim has been rejected and they cannot do anything.
I have not gotten a replacement and neither have they returned my broken racquet.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me resolve this situation at the earliest.
