I gave them 3 bags in singapore on 20 jan 2018 (Ship bill # 2799), to be delivered to my pune address in india. Till today (04 jul 2018) i have not received that consignment.
To make matters worse the company is also not picking up any phone calls from the past 10 days. Their phone number in singapore is +[protected].
I do not know their india (Chennai) phone number and address.
