Dear sir,
This is with reference to shipment no 100113, shipped from singapore office to chennai. The shipment contains the luggage weighing 196 kgs and was transported via sea cargo.
The company claims to deliver any luggage via sea cargo within one month to any indian destination. I made the payment in full sgd 580 and was informed that the delivery will be made to my residential address with in 25 days. Shipment was done on 22/07/2017
I have been follwing up regularly with the company (Ph no. +91 [protected], [protected]) but there is no response and no one ready to answer my calls.
Can you please look into the matter urgently.
