Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that, agency name Sunshine Global solution, has called me on 27th Sep'2016 stating calling from ICICI bank and offering discount card and then said will be charged for upgrade the product Rs 7500/- and took the details and debited the amount from my ICICI credit.

After that, they its Polo club card which can be used to anywhere to avail benefit of 20% discount.

all those conversation i was told, I’m not interested please refund the amount and they agreed upon by agent by Name called Neha Gupta.

Doing several follow ups from Oct to till date they are playing game with me saying your refund amount is already processed please check bank and now then cheque sent courier.

Would like to your intervention to caught such frauds and give justice to the people.

Experience exactly same fraud by me (Bank - Axis Bank). The amount was of 6, 800 Rs and they said they will send a gift pack (Polo tshirt) to my home in 15 days. A day later I realized it was a fraud. After around 2 months that is yesterday, I received a gift box with British Polo, Tshirt, belt, and wallet. Shipment details page which comes with the package had a their address and number behind it. I dont know what exactly is happening with me. One thing I observed was that, in the shipment details page, they had the exact same mistake in my name which axis bank has in my account holder name.

Hi,
I have also faced the same problem, they called me for axis card upgrades didn’t charged me 6500/-. It’s a fraud company would really appreciate if someone can help.
