They called for Axis bank credit card upgrade and charged me 6500/-. I complained to bank but they also refused to help. It would really helpful if you can help

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that, agency name Sunshine Global solution, has called me on 27th Sep'2016 stating calling from ICICI bank and offering discount card and then said will be charged for upgrade the product Rs 7500/- and took the details and debited the amount from my ICICI credit.

After that, they its Polo club card which can be used to anywhere to avail benefit of 20% discount.
