This is raja from ayanporuvai tamilnadu..I faced very worst experience in your service employees..

My Complaint SR[protected] for 'E-49 -LNBF overloaded' has been registered. For support call [protected] - Sun Direct..

It is my complaint request..we had sundirect within three months only we having a problem on dish and call our distributors and they send one technician and he said it's LNB problem but it's not under warranty..I am asking it's only two months how it's not warranty he said you can contact your distributor..on the spot technician cantact[protected] this number I don't know who is he and he also said it's not under warranty then finally we raised service request from customer care via..

Svc Req SR[protected], assigned to Engr: MAHESWARAN P, Mob: [protected] - Sun Direct

After three hours mr maheswaran contact me and asking the issues finally he said also LNB it's not UNDER WARRANTY..

After a day one of the worst worst back-end cantact me.I think he don't know what is the customer satisfaction field..

+[protected] this number he telling his name I think nithiyanantham.he ask your problem was solved or not..

I am clearly explained to him it's under warranty but nobody can't understand sir.he said "If you keep talking, the problem will not be right for you" (நீங்க பேசிகிட்டே இருங்க உங்களுக்கு பிராப்ளம் சரி ஆகாது)and cut the call immediately before cut the call extra word "yow poya" I mean yow go(யோவ் போய)..I don't know why he behaved like this..

Only one question from my side it's your customer satisfaction or what?

Kindly give the solution to resolve the issues
