Sunstar Club — Non receipt of documents (Membership card / benefit details) | |||||
Representative of this club, mr. Kuldeepak sharma, designated as manager and consultant mr. Shahrukh called me and my spouse at hotel bella vista in panchkula (Haryana) for a meeting on 10th mar 2017, about holidays package on behalf of sunstar club and they convinced me to be a member of this club for five years by paying rs. 50, 000 /- and have offered me a membership from 10 mar 2017 to 10 mar 2022 for which i have paid rs. 46, 000 from debit card and rs. 4000 as cash for the said transaction. Mr. Sharma has promised that you would be getting a membership card alongwith benefit details within a month, as they have briefed us to convince and get the membership signed on that day. Since i didn't received any receipt / membership card or any other documents from their end. Though i have called them on the number provided on brochure but all efforts ended into vain as the contact numbers provided are seems to be fake. Coincidentally the same team have approached us few days back on another number and called us on behalf of world travel arc at james plaza hotel in sector 17, chandigarh. When i made a query from them that you were working earlier for sunstar club and now you are here for world travel arc then he just fumbled and and they started ignoring us by saying that first company has stopped business and now we are working for this company. I am sure these are the people keep on changing the name of company and cheat the innocent people like me. I request your honour to kindly to get my money refunded as soon as possible.
