I have deposited Rs. 10000/- to Sunstar The Club vide receipt No 1073 (attached herewith) for the membership of club to avail facility of holiday resort in India through their branch Manager Mr. Amit Koushik (M-[protected]) & Manager Mr. Rupam Sood (M-[protected]) at Bella Vista Hotel, Sector 5, Panchkula on 6th March, 2017 but after few days I came to know the contact No’s for their corporate office given on payment receipt are not operative and also came to know the Sunstar The Club also not existing & we discussed the matter with Mr. Amit Koushik at Bella Vista, Sector 5 Panchkula and asked for refund of said money but after visited so many times & Ist mail on 11th April, 2017 & reminder mail on 10th Oct, 2021 (attached herewith) they neither refund money nor given any reply.
It seems a big scam collected hard earned money from the innocent people (more than 50 persons from Panchkula, Chandigarh & Mohali) deposited money as good faith shown by them.
I request for complaint to be registered against the Sunstar The Club & persons involved (names mentioned above) collected money on behalf of club at Bella Vista, Sector 5 Panchkula and arrange refund of said amount along with 15 % interest from the due date till realization of said amount. I have ordered for pure cotton kurthi combo but received 2 no. Sarees. I have tried to contact the online shop, sender & courier people. Phone is switched off, emails are returning undelivered and the courier company says they do not have sender's contact details. It is clear case of misleading people showcasing beautiful product and deliver useless product and remain unreachable. Please refund my amount 1089.

I have odered the combo of kurthi and recieved the fake product of cheap saree plz refund my money back my oder no #6323 such a fake product some used cheap sarees the hav set and also collect rupes of 1080 i need my money back, or else sent me the original product why do this people fake the product getting money and cheating.how does people trust.please help to return money or the product

It has been more than 2 years since following up with you people, pls returned my deposit of inr.50000/-.

I have initiated my cancellation process with in 4 day of my membership inception and exchange almost 26-27 mails with your people, but unfortunately my efforts gone in vein due to incumbent staff.

Dear simab,

I have started my claim much before to letter which was submitted to your regional office on[protected]. I was dealing with one of your former manager - mr. Sachin. Matter was already been discussed with him in late nov-16, but he lingered this process and finally when i spoke to mr. Sudhir&i was asked to submit the cancellation request letter to your delhi regional office.

So technically i have started my process within 4-5 days of taking this membership but unfortunately due to incumbent staff my matter was not escalated timely to concern deptt. It doesn't mean that you people will barred my rights of getting my hard earned money in terms of refund. I have written this letter on 03rd dec-2016 but unfortunately due to my hectic schedule i was not able to submit the letter timely and also i was not aware of this cooling period terms and condition otherwise i would have done this much before the time frame.

At the time of inception none of your sales people has shown courtesy and guts to reveal this cooling period terms and condition with us. I have signed the papers as i was in hurry and was requesting your people to bear me as i could miss my train which was very far from the venue. They were reluctant to listen my request and finally i signed the paper without reading any terms and condition and thereby digged a big hole for my self.

I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful as i am not interested of availing any services from your company at any cost.

They also cheated me at hotel welcome dwarka delhi and taken Rs. 137000/= from me for giving flight and hotel for 20 years 12 days/year..
But after taking the payment no one pick the call and not called me back...
Mr. Sudheer baranwal was main person at welcome hotel who taken my money and cheated me with his team..
I need my money back...
Refund my money back..
And give these cheaters jail forever...

I became the member of this company so called sunstar club in apr 2017 by paying rs 15000 at welcome hotel dwarka sector -10 new delhi. After one day i visit to there delhi office to cancel my membership they not attending at last one person say send mail our company address i send so many mail till now not reply and also not pick up phone. Now i want my money back. Please help me...

On 9th january 2017 i was invited to hotel marriot juhu along with my wife for a free dinner from sun star club. After we completed having dinner one mr sanjay rai (Mob no:[protected], & manager mr nishant singh mob:[protected]) supposed be the employees of sunstar club approached us for the membership of the club with package of 12 nights free stay in a year in various hotels at various places for 20 years. They coaxed me into ecoming member by showing club brochure with film stars govinda, ravi kishan & mr kapil dev being joint directors of the club with head office in ahmedabad & branch office at andheri (W) mumbai.. Since i am a retired person i got lured with the offer of free stay in a good hotel. I paid 1, 25, 000/- by credit card & enrolled myself as a member with the club. Few days back when i went to andheri to make booking the office did not exist anymore.

The representatives of sunstar club gave us a presentation on 17 october 2016 at itc welcome hotel, sector 10, dwarka, new delhi.
I was convinced to buy the membership and i also made a payment of inr 28, 400/- through my citibank debit card and rest i agreed to make through emis. I was given assurance that the agreement will reach my residential address within a week.

Till date i haven't received such agreement. I did requested for some vacation booking after i bought this membership but was not given due to rushes.

I have copies of such emails exchanged with me.
Copy of statement wherein payment of said amount is made to goodluck hotels pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad is also available with me.

Hello, i pay sunstar club rs. 2, 60, 000/- for platinum membership in the year 2016 november month. Till date i am not getting any benefit and legal documents except membership card. I am contact them for a long time but they are not replying and now their office is permanently closed in ahmedabad and phone numbers are not working. Please raise a complaint against them do some action towards sunstar the club and managing director raman kapoor.

They are ahmedabad based company. They had called me and my husband for a meeting with dinner on 21st dec. 2016 at itc welcome group hotel dwarka. There they tried to convince us for taking their membership of 20 yrs. They did not leave till we paid an advance of rs.5000 through credit card and then a person followed us home and took another rs.1, 05, 000/-. Total rs.110000. Next day we visited again for cancellation of membership but they said they will not give any refund. Initially they were responding to mails but never could give us a booking. Now they neither pick up calls nor respond to emails. I want full refund as i do not want to continue their membership. They seem to be a fraud company telling hell lot of lies by giving their director's name of celebrities like govinda etc. They have goodluck hotels in ahmedabad. They are just cheating members. Anybody could help in getting back the money?

I became the member of this fraud company so called sunstar club in february 2017 by paying 1 lac in ahmedabad. After becoming the member i got the hotel offer for two days in udaipur in march. Last month i wanted to book the hotel once again as i was planning for my holiday trip, but they were unreachable over phone and no response received via email. I had a doubt, so i visited to their office, located in prahlad nagar, ahmedabad. Then i came to now their reality. Now i want my money back. Please help me.

There was a team of executives who visited my office telling there are celebrities who are directors in this company like govinda oil actor, kapil dev cricketer and ravi krishan film actor which gave me confident in taking this club membership.
I had paid 1000000 for this club membership through my credit card city bank and this money was paid in their bank.
As this company is not existing and their bangalore office and website also not responding and i have heard in news that this company is considered as fraud there is a proof of me giving this money to them through my credit card i want this money to be refunded back to me.

I am amit paul, got call from “sunstar the club” for attending a seminar with family at novotel hotel pune on 6th jan, 2017
So 7th of jan we attained the program, they made individual family communication regarding their holiday package. We were convinced about their plan. Their zonal manager also came and she convinced us and add few more facilities. I took sunstar membership on my wife (Kakoli paul) name and payment 45, 000/- through my credit card at novotel hotel on same day. Below are the details offered which they given us.
Deal sign off after mutual agreement with sunstar employee.

Sunstar the club ownership cost is 1, 20, 000/- (Final deal amount mutually agree with sunstar employee, nikhat)
Under this agreement below things are covered
• 13d/12n (4 & 5 star hotels, across india and abroad) holidays per year till 20yrs.
• free hotel staying including breakfast & 1 time food (Lunch/dinner).
• free local sight seen with guide.
• for local (Market) cab provide but fuel cost will pay.
• will get 10% to 20% discount on flight ticket if tour plan inform 1-month earlier.
• 13d/12n for below 4 star hotel per year also include in package (Nikhat and rahul give conformation about mention facility).
• can split the holidays (13d/12n) throughout year.
• get paid for not staying (Can rent my days 13d/12n). 4000/- to 6000/- per night.
• rented amount will be debited within 15days into given saving account.
• can walkout (Buy back) after 10yrs, will return back agreement amount.
• after 20yrs automatically buy back.
• can gift or share with family and friends.
• sunstar employee agree to gift 7d/6n holidays for 1st year. Including above all. (Rahul and nikhat agree for that).
Ownership amount (Rs.1, 20, 000/-) payment mode conform by sunstar employee.
 1st installment of rs.45, 000/- paid on spot through credit card. And nikhat (Sunstar employee) commitment to convert it into 48 month emi without interest.
 2nd installment of rs. 15, 000/- will be paid by month of april, 2017.
 3rd installment of rs.60, 000/- (Also 48 month emi) will be paid after complete 48 month emi of 1st installment.
Note: - nikhat (Sunstar employee) could not able to convert 1st installment (Rs.45, 000/-) into 48 month emi without interest. At last i converted through my icici bank credit card policy, 12 month emi with interest. Total interest will be paid by me is rs.5435/-.
Nikhat (Sunstar employee) gave commitment for reimburse the interest amount of rs.5435/- by cash.

When we paid 1st installment on novotel hotel through my credit card they told that within a week all documents will receive and they will call for agreement sign. But after 1-month chased they sent my receipt and mid of feb, 2017 got a card along with a letter.
I have credit card bill and latter from bank regarding installment and interest.
When i was going to book my holiday on toll free number then i came to know that all the mention sign off offer given by sunstar club employee was false they never arrange any holiday they are just giving hotel booking in very limited place across india. Their manager told me that they know their staff did wrong commitment so we dismiss all of them.
When i am asking for my money return back they deny for that. Till date they are not doing agreement and now no one pick up my phone. I have only one card and one broacher given from their side.
Now i feel that we was cheated by sunstar the club. As mention in broacher, govinda (Bollywood actor), kapil dev (Legend cricketer), and ravi kishan (Bollywood actor) all three are joint director of this company (Sunstar the club). So i tweeted them all three people for helping me but no one replied.
I sent several mail regarding my membership but only one replied, i made call to toll free number, they picked up and always replied to send mail regarding complain.
Last few month, i could not able to connect with sunstar.

Request you to help me if possible, i just want to get back my money

I got call from sunstar club to have meeting in pride, ahmedabad.in meeting they demonstrated about new club and option of hotel stay 12 nights every year for 20 years. I had some doubt so they gave option to pay rs. 15, 000 and get experience of one property for 2 night. But my busy schedule i am not go to check hotels which they provided. One day i check the website at that time website is not working and i had doubt i called the sales team of sunstar and they are not received call one day they will shut down everything.

I with my family were attended compain as per call received from sales executives of sunstar company and the company has been dispatched only terms and conditions on stamp paper.
Thereafter we have tried to contact so many times but the given phone number is not reached and not in service.
This happened 10 months ago when sales executives assured us for 25 years membership of 5star and 7star hotels stay facilities.
For that i have paid rs 80000 /-at that time by credit card and debit card but afterwards no response is received from company till date.
Now we are reached to conclusion that the company is fraud as such we request to get remedy on it to resolve the issue any how to get amount paid to us.

I become member at Pune, through your representatives - Gopalbhai, Nikhat and Shushil. I am still awaiting for membership agreement, which should contain detail of all the promises made at the time of payment. I have not received payment receipt also and getting all the lines closed. Along with these details, process / guideline was to be received, which is to be followed to take benefits of membership. Hence, I need refund of my money along with all incidental charges. I joined the club, when their team visited chandigarh on 21 february 2017, by paying ire 1, 70, 000 /-

I joined it only because i was promised that w m merriot hotel in chandigarh is also a member of your club, and i and my family can visit and use their health club everyday without paying any money.

I was told that i shall receive the membership card and other kit by mid-march.

Nearly six months have passed since i made the payment, but so far no kit has been received, nor is the merriot hotel a member of the sun star club.

I, therefore, do not wish to retain my membership.

Kindly use your good offices to ask them to return my money [ one lac and seventy thousands only ] at the earliest.
