Order # NeuroFlowE380. InvoiceNo: ( protected ), Invoice Date: June 29, 2025 Order date: June 29, 2025. These are written on the packet I received. Actually there is no formal invoice or receipt. I had ordered NeuroFlowE380 on the basis of misleading advt. on 29th June 2025 and received the product on 1st July 2025 on payment of Rs. 2300. The product I received didn't work from day one. This product is available on line for Rs 399. So there are two issues 1. The product is not working from day one I received. 2. The huge cost difference compared to online. I had sent an email to customer support @onlineshopstores.co.in on 3rd of July 2025 asking for a refund. Till date there is no response from the concerned. Please help me to get a refund.
