I had bought a 3 burner cooktop from home shop 18. in the month of May 2016. I had also got a warranty card of one year, but there is nothing mention on the warranty card, no any dealer name or contact information, and no any dealer stamp. Now after seven months this cooktop is leaking gas. and one of the burner is also not working properly. But i am not getting information about service centre of this company and contact information given on warranty card is also false. so, I request Home shop 18 to help me in this regard. I had bought an iron in april 2017 but it is not working properly and its element is gone.i will have to get the element and the plate changed which will cost me almost the same amount as i bought.please tell me where to contact as it is under warranty.
