Super highway labs pvt. Ltd, is running the business of providing shuttle (Brand name shuttl) to commuters in delhi ncr. They are offering various plans to consumers. Customer can opt for the plan according to the needs. Everywhere they have put the advertisement stating that ac seat, guaranteed seat and fix price according to shuttl pass purchased. You can check website or any the shuttl that are running across delhi/ncr

I am availing shuttl services since april 2017.

Please note that the shuttl pass value of 90 days 90 rides plan is showing 5850/- amount 30 days 30 rides plan is showing 2250/- amount from sector 3 bridge, faridabad to rbs bank, gurgaon but the same is indicating as 4950/- for 90 day pass (Quarterly) and 1800/- for 30 days shuttl pass (Full_time) to my fiend using the same route along with me. This complained had been registered to shuttl customer care 28 dec 17 & 02 jan 2018 through e mail at [protected]@shuttlemails.com.

I also provided the other screen shot of shuttl pass captured by finding shuttle pass prices on my route on my colleague mobile who is already user in different route and above mentioned shuttl pass price discrepancy is also recorded through e mail at [protected]@shuttlemails.com

Now it seems that the higher rates are being charged from me on my previous bought shuttl pass (Quarterly) of 90 days 90 rides of amount 5850/- on dated 12 december 2017 to 11 january 2018. So i am also raising another query that higher charges of my shuttl current pass[protected]/- shall also be reversed.

I have drop them two mails and company did not feel the need to revert them. No apology mail no customer hearing.

Looking for justice and refund of my money.
