[Resolved] Super Shoppee Mart — Fraudulent | |||||
Hi I am Manoj from Guwahati. I am a victim of taking a dealership from super shoppee mart. A lady named Poornima Soni ([protected]), so called zinal manager (once called me for taking the dealership of their company and I need to deliver their product for which they will pay me 600 bucks per delivery. I paid a security of Rs. 20000 to them on 1st of June 2015. And I have received a parcel of some medicines on 16th of June. As they said that they will provide me customer to whom I have to deliver the products but they failed to provide a single customer. And I have decided to cancel the dealership. So on 27th of July I have returned them the products and on 5th of August they received it. And they put a mail to me that they will refund me the security before 10th of September. And from 10th September they are ignoring me and not making the payment. There are 3 more person who is making the commitment to make the payment but till date they are not refunding. I have their agreement copy, each and every mail, all the phone call recordings, the neft details along with their details. Please suggest me what to do now. Should I file an FIR against them. Nov 16, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is not solved till date. They forced me to remove my complain and told me that if I do not remove it they won't make the payment. As per there verbal commitment I removed it but from then they are avoiding me. I will post another complain with their photographs, agreement letter and everything I have collected from them | |||||

Yes dear Same with me too.
I am from Pune. Same story happened with me too. From past two months they are ignoring & not refunding my money back.
Please, do not purchase anything from this & do not take any dealership.
They took people grated for making fools. Spread this trough all social media and declare as fraudulent.
They are thinking that it is too easy to take away money easily..but they forgot power of media.
