Supercombos India — Duplicate product received.

I have order for sony 10000 power bank thru supercombo site vide order no.[protected] dated 09/01/2016. But the same has duplicate and not working product. we have already Complaint to super combo site but we have not received any revert and also the customer care no is fake no body can picked the call and no body can revert the email. i have requested to take the necessary action against this fake onliner seller and provide my refund.
