Supercombos India — Mi power bank (I got duplicate power bank)

I purchase power bank of mi (20800mh) and i got duplicate power bank and when i am complain to that side they not reply to me and not rec call and that power bank totaly duplicate and with much of scratchis according to that return policy and now after 20 days they dnt gave me any answer.
