I have order online a Mi10400 mAh power bank on 2nd Feb 2016 order no- [protected] from http://www.supercombos.in/ I received the product on 5th February 5, 2016. The product itself is defected as it’s unable to charge. Also the delivery was done is a very shabby manner with box torn at different places and product broken with the internal mechanism being exposed increasing the risk of getting an electric shock. When I tried contacting the customer care number mentioned on the website, ([protected]) switched off always, have also dropped a mail at their customer care portal but the emails also bounce back because email address is not valid.
